It’s not easy to find a talented architect with a proficient understanding of construction and cost effective design. We’ve engaged Anas as our architect for both our residential and commercial projects, beyond design he has assisted us in finding consultants and builders that best suit our projects. His down to earth nature and documentation style was exceptional, it’s great to always see synergy between the architect, consultants and builders.

A coincidental encounter with Anas has turned into a brilliant working relationship and friendship. He understands codes and standards exceptionally well which has allowed us to push the boundaries of what we can achieve. Looking forward to many more years of successful projects.

As a commercial agent I’ve found working with Castleworth Architects to be very fruitful. Engaging with Anas in the early stages to discuss the tenant and landlord expectations ensures that all parties' needs are addressed and a viable solution can be presented. Once the leasing or sale terms have been established we hand the project over to Castleworth Architects to work their magic with the new tenant.
